Rob Williams - President
Robert Williams is a Tampa Native and graduated from Gaither high school in 1987. Rob was an automotive technician from sophomore year until 1989. At that time he went to Irwin vocational school for A/C and Refrigeration and has continued to work in the refrigeration industry. He has worked at many Refrigeration companies throughout the Tampa area to gain experience and knowledge to qualify for the state contractors exam.
He passed the state exam and started Igloo Refrigeration at the age of 27. Rob then became partners in an Equipment leasing company with a former coworker after running a service and leasing company. He decided to merge all efforts into what is now S&W Refrigeration. This is a service and maintenance company that also leases Ice making equipment.
Rob is a licensed contractor and also a licensed pilot. He is married and has one daughter. Rob and his family live in the Odessa area in a home that he built and contracted.
Desiree - Office Administrator
Desiree A Lauer has been with S&W Refrigeration LLC since February 2016. She is our Accountant and Administrative Assistant. She is a native of the Tampa Bay Area and she also speaks Spanish. She takes care of a myriad of tasks for S&W such as payroll, dispatching, posting payments, and billing. Desiree worked 12+ years at a local adoption agency handling all of their Payroll, HR, Sales Tax, and Accounting duties. Prior to this, she worked 10+ years at Industrial Federal Credit Union now GTE as a loan officer. Desiree is Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PC Law, QuickBooks, and several other Industry related computer systems. Her typing skills run at 60 wpm and she is very quick in her 10-key Operation. She possesses strong communication and technical skills – and is knowledgable in all accounting functions - GL, PL, AP, AR, reconciliations, cash control, and end of the month, quarter, and year end processes.
Christine - Warranty and Procurement Officer
Prior to joining the S&W Refrigeration Family in May 2017, Christine worked with Coca-Cola for a little over 10 years, running department audits and quality assurance checks for all of General Services and Facility Maintenance Departments. She has obtained her Associate's Degree in Travel & Hospitality Management and worked with American Airlines back in New York for 4 years before moving to Florida. There she took coursework at Marriot Waterside and worked side by side with restaurant management.
Henry - Warehouse Manager
Henry worked at Sheet Metal Local for 25 years working in the HVAC field for commercial, industrial and residential customers. He was with the Pasco County Building Inspections Department for 10years as a mechanical and gas inspector. Prior to that Henry worked as a Journeyman Mechanic and Job Shop Foreman. He holds a State License with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
